I have no idea what he was on about, I tried to fob him off with an excuse but he just kept coming, my ignore list was full so I had to delete some people and in that time I was flooded with 'POOOOOOO' etc etc.

Well that's def. the strangest thing I've ever seen, chat-wise, on this game.

I still don't even know who he is, I was talking to a friend over xfire at the time (microphone) and we had a great laugh at this guy, he got ignored in the end, couldn't be bothered reporting him though. If he does it again someone else will most likely report him, didn't really offend me just gave me a nice laugh xD

While collecting people for 'Gate of Pain,' I see this one Dervish with no lightbringer rank and orison of healing + healing breeze equipped insisting we use his Ogden (a very shitty Ogden if I say so myself). To be honest, I get fed up with all the people who didn't bother to go through some of the more important side quests and actually learn about the game - people who rest of the team has to carry on their shoulders through some of the more difficult missions. (Such as this one character whom I saw trying to find someone to run him through Tihark Orchard mission) Seeing there were several other people seeking party for the mission, I apologized to the Dervish and kicked him in favor of couple of other people who could use Lightbringer's Gaze. He kept whispering me incredibly pitiful messages:
"what so you just kicked me"
"come on i can heal i'll take ogden's spot"
"come on plzz accept me? plz"
"will you at least talk to me?" <- what the f

Predictably, he turns hostile once the party enters the mission.

When i was in pre with my monk, i needed my res sig and was spamming i gave 500g if someone joined my team, went outside to get the signet.

Once outside the guy started calling me a cheater because i had a "Crystalline Sword" (The questreword from the moa in the catacombs; it's just a long sword with a the crystalline sword skin

).
Me: WTF?
He again: I'm gonna report you!
Me: Chill dude, it's a long sword (Opened trade with him to proove it

)
He again: Can i buy it?

I don't know how strange this is but I still thought it was funny.

I was running a rang toucher in AB when I ran up on a sf sin. After he died he started in with "HACKER NOOB! FU FING HACKER NOOB" so I calmly explained that touch skills go through sf (like who doesn't know that). Next time he tries the same thing with the same result "FU HACKER NOOB!" Third time, same thing, same result. Finally on the forth try while being gang raped by 5 people, he ran up and killed me. Promptly followed by "HACKER NOOB FU HACKER NOOB!"
